CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing has been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2015; and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on FSP 1504-0004 a request by Clearfield City and Clearfield City Redevelopment Agency, for Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat, Street Vacation and Relocation of the 560 South right-of-way, and Site Plan Approval, located at 497 South Main Street (TIN: 12-003-0094, 12-003-0168, 12-003-0169, 12-003-0097, 12-003-0198, 12-003-0197). The property is approximately 7.9 acres and lies in the Manufacturing (M-1) and Residential (R-2) zoning districts. A copy of the application is available for review in the Community Development Department on the 2nd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
