- To be published on Sunday, April 12, 2015, in Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on April 21, 2015, to receive public comment on a request by Mark Murdock, representing Plumb Draper Office LC, and Adam Lankford representing Wasatch Advantage Group for a Text Amendment and Rezone, known as the Draper Pointe Mixed Use Commercial Special District Text Amendment and Rezone, on approximately 51.2 acres of land at approximately 13492 South 200 West for the purpose of renaming the Draper Pointe Office Park CSD (CSD-DPOP) to the Draper Pointe Mixed Use CSD (CSD-DPMU) and altering the language within the CSD zone to allow for residential and commercial uses and expand the number of properties zoned CSD- DPMU. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on April 21, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
