PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH March 24, 2015 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, commencing at 6:00 P.M. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Toby Mileski Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Toby Mileski Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council for items not on the agenda (public) Consent Items: ? Consideration and possible approval of final acceptance of Willow Brook, Phase B subdivision. Business: 6:10 P.M. 1. Appointment to fill the midterm city councilmember vacancy expiring in January 2016. 6:30 P.M. 2. Consideration and possible approval on the expenditure for Pleasant View City Park north ball field improvements to Dura-Edge for the amount of $12,095. (Presenter: Valerie Claussen) 6:35 P.M. 3. Consideration and possible approval on the expenditure for Shady Lane Park Irrigation improvements to Ben Lomond Landscaping for the amount of $18,000. (Presenter: Valerie Claussen) 6:40 P.M. 4. Public Hearing, discussion, and possible action on the adoption of an Ordinance to enact ZTA 15-006, a text amendment to the Municipal Code Title 17, Chapter 17.12 for the clarification of term ?temporary power? in reference to power clearances required prior to obtaining building permits for a new subdivision. Public Hearing, discussion, and possible action on the adoption of an Ordinance to amend Ordinance 2002-2 known as Pleasant View City?s ?Drinking Water Source Protection Ordinance?, and to codify the Ordinance to be included in the Municipal Code as Title 13.14 Drinking Water Source Protection. (Presenter: Valerie Claussen) 7:10 P.M. 6. Discussion and possible action on amendments to the City?s Fee Schedule: ? Recreation field reservations; ?
