- The Willard City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint Work Session at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South on March 12 2015 beginning at 5:00 p.m. The Work Session will be to discuss: PROPOSED REVISIONS TO THE WILLARD CITY GENERAL PLAN.
