Review and approve minutes dated March 24, 2014 APPOINTMENTS: 8:45 A.M. 8:45 A.M. - Compliance report 9:00 A.M. - Kirt Wray, probation interview, requesting to terminate probation 9:20 A.M. - Cody Beaumont, reinstatement of license 9:40 A.M. - Dustin Olsen, new probation interview 10:05 A.M. - Julia Dodd, interview with Board regarding MPJE exam 10:20 A.M. - George Sperry, interview with Board regarding NAPLEX exam 10:45 A.M. - Gary R. Ridge, DPM,/Aaron Patty, review application for class C pharmacy DISCUSSION ITEMS: 11:05 A.M. 1. Compounding Task Force report 2. Investigation report 3. Branch Pharmacy in a mobile clinic, Lynn Hooper 4. Data entry outsourcing and remote technicians, Lynn Hooper 5. Compounding of placenta capsules, save and tincture, Lynn Hooper 6. Recommendation of Board member to serve on the Controlled Substance Advisory Committee when Mr. Young's term expires. 7. PIC Requirements - Add taking the MPJE to rule. 8.
