7 Discussion on Letter of Engagement for Accounting & Treasurer Services and action on the same, to achieve clarification of title and duties related to State Codes and Board By-laws.
8 Consideration for adoption of Resolution 02-2015 of the Board of Trustees of Weber Fire District, Utah approving and authorizing the execution of new bank signature cards necessary as a result of changes within the Weber Fire District; authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Trustees to sign any and all documents that may be necessary to give effect to the intent of this resolution; and providing for an effective date.
9 Consideration for Approval - Surplus of the following District Vehicles:
S9401 - 1994 GMC Suburban, 4x4, 171,099 miles
S0101 - 2001 Dodge Durango (white), 4x4, 153,670 miles
S0102 - 2001 Dodge Durango (red), 4x4, 176,384 miles
10 Consideration for Approval - Purchase of (two) used vehicles using the Utah State Procurement services. One vehicle as the initial alternate Paramedic Rescue for station 61 and as a backup unit. The second vehicle will be a staff vehicle that will be used by the Fire Inspector.
11 Consideration for adoption of Resolution 03-2015 authorizing the renewal of the Mutual Aid Agreement between the Hill Air Force Base Fire Department and the Weber Fire District.
12 Discussion and action as determined on the proposed amendments to the Annexation Policy Plan for South Ogden City and a public meeting concerning the proposed amendments on Thursday, March 12 2015, at 6:15 pm, to be held at the South Ogden City Hall council chambers.
