- To be published on Friday, March 6, 2015, in Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on March 17, 2015, to receive public comment on a request by Taylor Cotterell to amend the Ptarmigan Phase 2 subdivision plat by splitting Lot 201 into two parcels. The property is located at 13128 Grouse Pointe Cove.
