1. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on ZTA 15-006 a text amendment to the Municipal Code Title 17, Chapter 17.12 for the clarification of term ?temporary power? in reference to power clearances required prior to obtaining building permits for a new subdivision.

2. Discussion and Possible Action on AAA 15-007, a request by Craig Bowden for a renewal of a previously approved Attached Accessory Apartment (AAA) located at 933 W 4000 N (TIN: 16-151-0005), which is in the RE-20 zoning district.
3. Discussion and Possible Action on SP 15-004, a request by Craig and Ed Saunders for a 7,210 square foot professional office development on a 0.92-acre located at Lot 10 of the Willow Brook Village Subdivision, in the vicinity of Willow Brook Lane and Highway 89 (TIN: 17-217-0020), which property lies in the CP-2 (Commercial) zoning district.
