PUBLIC HEARING / RECOMMENDATION concerning adoption of a proposed overall new updated General Plan Map for Harrisville City. 3. PUBLIC HEARING / ACTION on a conditional use application from Premier Choice Auto LLC for used auto sales at 1529 N. Washington Boulevard. 4. PUBLIC HEARING / RECOMMENDATION for preliminary site plan for C. LeVere Chatelain three lot subdivision (two lots located at the east end of 2425 North, one lot on 2550 North). 5.
