NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING - March 24, 2015
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 28.63 acres of ?A? (Agriculture) zoned property as follows: 3.60 acres to ?PB? (Professional Office), 13.33 acres to ?R-1-6? (Single Family Residential), 7.61 acres to ?R-1-10 PRUD? (Single Family Residential Planned Residential Unit Development), and 4.09 acres to ?R-1-10? (Single Family Residential). The property is located at approximately 2100 East Oakridge Drive.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
