- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS The North Ogden Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing will be held to receive comments to amend the front yard setback standard for Planned Residential Unit Developments. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
