Approve the minutes of January 27, 2015 as presented. 4. BUSINESS ITEMS a. City Cycle Police Presentation[Chris Rowley] b. Discussion/possible action to approve Harrisville City Resolution 2015-02; A Resolution of Harrisville City, Utah, adopting policies and fees for police reports; and providing an effective date.[Bill Morris] c. Discussion/possible action to approve Harrisville City Resolution 2015-03; A Resolution of Harrisville City, Utah, Council adopting Harrisville City?s legislative priorities for the 2015 Utah General Legislative Session; and providing an effective date. [Bill Morris] 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS - (3 minute maximum) 6. MAYOR/COUNCIL FOLLOW-UP: 7. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION-Utah State Code §52-4-204 & §52-4-205: The Council may consider a motion to enter into Closed Executive Session for the purpose of discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of individual(s) and discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems. 8.
