The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on February 12, 2015, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Invocation b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Open Comment Period (Individuals have three minutes for open comments. If required, items may be referred to department heads for resolution. Items requiring action by the City Council will be placed on the agenda for a future meeting.) 3. Business a. Ryan Tingey - Letter of intent for South Willard Water ? Request for approval. (This item is a continuation of the letter requested by Former Commissioner Ryan Tingey requiring all residents in South Willard to connect to the Willard City water system if an annexation is approved.) b. Planning Commission 1) Project Reports Public Hearing: to take public comment on proposed changes to the 2014-15 Fiscal Year Budget to increase the Water Fund capital expenditures $75,000 for the 100 N Waterline Replacement project. c. Consideration of Resolution 2015-04 - Approving the increasing in the Capital Expenditures in the Water fund to complete the 100 N Waterline Replacement Project d. Final review of bids and contract award for the 100 N Waterline Project. e. Financial - 1) Warrants 2) Vouchers 3) Reports f. Approval of minutes: January 29, 2015, meeting. 4. Department Reports a. Maintenance Department 1) Approval of emergency expenditure of $694.50 for backhoe repair. b. Police Department c. Fire Department 5. Council members a. Robert Beebe b. Mike Crossley c. Del Fredde- 1) Review and approval to send out a letter to residents that sewer tie sheets have not been received. 2) Report on progress of discussions with the Division of Water Quality on Sewer Fund. * 3) Request for emergency expenditure of approximately $1400 for repair/service of lift station generator. d. Josh Braegger e. Michelle Mund 6. Mayor?s General Correspondence and Information 7. Adjourn
