- CITY COUNCIL AGENDA Wednesday, February 11, 2015 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Herriman City Council shall assemble for a Meeting in the City Council Chambers, located at 13011 South Pioneer Street (6000 West), Herriman, Utah. 5:00 PM - WORK MEETING: (Front Conference Room) COUNCIL BUSINESS A. Closed Session 1. The Herriman City Council may convene in a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonable imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by Utah Code Annotated 52-4-205 B. Administrative Reports 1. Planning Update - Bryn McCarty, City Planner 2. Engineering Update - Blake Thomas, City Engineer 3. Legislative Session Update - Brett Wood, City Manager and John Brems, City Attorney 4. Other Updates C. Adjournment D. Social Gathering (No action will be taken on any items) 1. Social gathering will take place at McDonalds; 5108 West 13400 South, Herriman, UT 7:00 PM - GENERAL MEETING: This meeting has been cancelled.
