- The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on January 8, 2015, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Invocation b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Open Comment Period (Individuals have three minutes for open comments. If required, items may be referred to department heads for resolution. Items requiring action by the City Council will be placed on the agenda for a future meeting.) 3. Business a. Brock Cheney ? Request for approval of members of the Historic Preservation Commission Brock Cheney, Chairperson, Members: Ann Larsen, Sherry Zundel, Dee Pace, Cody Wright b. Police Chief Jean Loveland ? Request for consideration of Resolution 2015-01 SETTING FEES FOR SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY. c. Police Chief Jean Loveland ? Request for consideration of Resolution 2015-02 SETTING FEES FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF A DEFENDANT PURSUANT TO A COURT ORDER. d. Planning Commission 1) Project Reports e. Discussion of a letter requested by Former Commissioner Ryan Tingey requiring all residents in South Willard to connect to the Willard City water system if an annexation is approved. f. Approval of the 2015 Annual Meeting Schedule g. Financial - 1) Warrants 2) Vouchers 3) Reports h. Approval of minutes: December 11, 2014, meeting. 4. Department Reports a. Maintenance Department b. Police Department *1) Request for approval of purchase of tires for part-time vehicle. c Fire Department 1) Request for approval of expenditure of $300 for Fire Fighter II Class 5. Council members a.
