Description/Agenda: JANUARY 2, 2014 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WOODS PARK AMENDED SUBDIVISION PLAN Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 6, 2015, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, in consideration of a final amended subdivision plan for the Woods Park Subdivision, located at 2400 North 800 West, which consists of additional home designs to allow for more variety in the subdivision. The public is cordially invited to attend this meeting and comment. Your input on this matter is very important. Anyone desiring further information about this proposal may call the Planning Department at 801-292-8232 during regular business hours.
