No action can or will be taken on any issues presented. ***THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MAY TAKE ACTION AS DEEMED NECESSARY ON ANY OF THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS*** 5 Resolution 15-2014 - RESOLUTION OF THE WEBER FIRE DISTRICT, UTAH, APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF PARAMEDIC SERVICES IN THE UPPER OGDEN VALLEY, WEBER COUNTY BETWEEN WEBER COUNTY AND WEBER FIRE DISTRICT; AUTHORIZING THE BOARD CHAIRMAN TO SIGN DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO EFFECT SUCH PARTICIPATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 6 Resolution 17-2014 - RESOLUTION OF WEBER FIRE DISTRICT APPROVING AN ENGAGEMENT LETTER FOR ACCOUNTING SERVICES FROM MCEWAN & COMPANY TO PROVIDE THOSE SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE BOARD CHAIRMAN TO SIGN DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO EFFECT SUCH PARTICIPATION; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 7 Consideration of a proposal from the Utah State Fire Marshall's Office for a temporary rental of a single District office for up to one year. 8 Adjournment
