Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Common Consent (voice vote): a. Civil Service Commission. Consideration of the appointment of Joe Ritchie to the Civil Service Commission. (Approve appointment) b. Ogden Housing Authority Board. Consideration of the appointment of Melisa Bruch to the Ogden Housing Authority Board. (Approve appointment) 5. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. R-3/CO Development Agreement Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2014-39 approving an Amended Development Agreement for land generally located at 450 North Jefferson Avenue. (Accept public input; adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) b. Outdoor Gun Range Standards. Proposed Ordinance 2014-40 amending Subsections 15-12-3.A, 15-14-3, and 15-21-2, and adopting a new Section 15-14-5 and Subsection 15-23-5.O of the Ogden Municipal Code to regulate gun ranges in Manufacturing and Industrial zones M-1, M-2 and Open Space zone O-1. (Accept public input; adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) c. Business Depot Ogden Rezone. Proposed Ordinance 2014-41 amending the zoning map to reclassify property generally located at approximately 961 West 2nd Street as Defense Depot Reuse District (DDR). (Accept public input; adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) 6. Public Comments: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas. Please state your name and address clearly for the record, and limit your comments to three minutes. 7. Comments: a. Mayor. b. Council Members. 8. Closed Executive Session. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of Section 52-4-205(1)(a)(c) of the Open and Public Meetings Law for the purpose of discussing the character and/or professional competence of an individual and pending or reasonably imminent litigation. (Adjourn/not adjourn into closed session ? roll call vote) 9. Adjournment. Reminder: A City Council Work Session will be held immediately following the Regular City Council meeting.
