NOTICE OF WORK SESSION MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in City Council Chambers, 86 East 100 South, Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend. Work meetings are not designed to hear public comment or take official action however action will be taken on Item 7. AGENDA 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Opening Remarks. 4. Approval of Agenda. 5. Continued Item: Public Meeting to receive comments regarding the proposed Public Safety Building Bond that is on the November 4, 2014 General Election ballot. At the public meeting, the City Council will allow equal time within a reasonable limit, for presentation of the arguments in favor of and against the ballot proposition. (Continued from the October 21, 2014 meeting) 6. Further discussion on the proposed assisted living center proposal on the Steve Allred property located at approximately 100 North Main. 7. Continued Item: Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2014-40) amending the Pleasant Grove Transportation Master Plan regarding the removal of a planned roundabout at the intersection of 1000 South and Locust Avenue. (SCRATCH GRAVEL NEIGHBORHOOD) Presenter: Engineer Lewis (Continued from the October 21, 2014 meeting) 8. Discussion on agenda items for the November 5, 2014 City Council Meeting. 9.
