- South Weber City 2014 Salt Transportation Bid Request South Weber City is accepting bids for salt pick up. This is to be a per ton bid to ship salt from Compass Minerals, 765 N 10500 W, Ogden, to the South Weber City Public Works Department located at 1727 East South Weber Drive. Because we have a small yard, the City can only accommodate a small ten wheel dump truck and a pup. Bids are due on November 3, 2014 at 10 am.
