MEETING NOTICE OF THE WEBER COUNTY TAX REVIEW COMMITTEE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Weber County Tax Review Committee meeting has been scheduled for Monday, October 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Commission Conference Room 365, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Consent Item Approval of minutes from September 8, 2014 meeting B. Action Items 1. Double Wing Properties (Scott Fletcher) Presenter: Lynn Taylor 1. Parcel 09-333-0006 – Waive penalties and interest. 2. Parcel 09-333-0005 – Waive penalties and interest. 3. Parcel 09-333-0005 – Accept a late appeal petition for each year back to 2010. 2. Parcel #07-105-0044 (Teresa England) - Property owner is requesting a partial refund on taxes for years 1987-2013.
