Notice of a Special Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a special commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 14th day of October 2014. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome ? Commissioner Gibson B. Pledge of Allegiance ? Leann Kilts C. Thought of the Day ? Commissioner Bell D. Municipal Building Authority 1. Request for a motion to adjourn Weber County Commission Meeting and convene Municipal Board Authority Meeting of Weber County. 2. Consideration for adoption of a resolution of the Municipal Building Authority of Weber County, Utah, authorizing the issuance and sale of its Lease Revenue Refunding bonds, Series 2014, in the aggregate principal amount of not more than $4,500,000; and related matters. Presenter: Alan Westenskow, Vice President, Zions Bank Public Finance 3. Request for a motion to adjourn Municipal Building Authority of Weber County Meeting and reconvene Weber County Commission Meeting. E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval to ratify purchase orders in the amount of $170,183.12 dated 10/7/2014. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $174,565.83. 3. Request to ratify warrants #314060 - #314256 in the amount of $2,537,836.89 dated 10/7/2014. 4. Request for approval of warrants #314257 - #314443 in the amount of $1,333,959.72. 5. Request for approval of a new business license. 6. Request from the Sheriff's Office for authorization to deposit cash from the evidence division and appropriate to Search & Rescue. 7. Request for approval of property tax refund in the amount of $230.10 for partial year taxes for parcel #02-062-0021. 8. Request for approval of ACH payment to US Bank in the amount of $97,792.53 for purchasing card transactions made through the billing cycle ending September 15, 2014. F. Action Items 1. Consideration for adoption of a resolution of the County Commission of Weber County, Utah (the ?County?) authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of a Sixth Amendment to Master Lease Agreement, by and between the County and the Municipal Building Authority of Weber County, Utah (the ?Authority?); authorizing the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2014, in the aggregate principal amount of not more than $4,500,000; and related matters.
