Any Trustee wishing to participate electronically must notify the District Manager or the District Clerk personally prior to the meeting and provide the telephone number at which the Trustee can be reached at the appointed time. A conference call shall be initiated from the anchor location to each Trustee participating by telephone at the appointed time. If a Trustee is having difficulty connecting to the meeting, please call the District offices at 801-250-2118. This same procedure shall be used at any continuation of this meeting, unless otherwise specified in the meeting.
