Proposed Joint Proclamation declaring October 2014 as ?Community Planning Month? in Ogden City. (Approve joint proclamation ? voice vote) 5. Request to be on the Agenda: a. American Planning Association 2014 Great Places in America ? 25th Street. Presentation regarding the designation of 25th Street as one of the American Planning Association?s 2014 Great Streets through the Great Places in America program. 6.
