MEETING NOTICE OF THE WEBER AREA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting in the Break Out Room #105 of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 4:30pm on Monday, October 6, 2014. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome –Chair Korry Green B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Invocation D. Consent Item Request for approval of minutes from September 8, 2014 meeting E. Public Comments (3 minutes each ) F. Non-Action Items 1. Weber Area Dispatch 911 –Annual Report Presenter: Tina Scarlet, Weber Area Dispatch 911 2. Utah State University Extension Presentation Presenter: Naomi Brower, USU Extension G. Action Items 1. Consideration of appointment of one member to the Weber County Justice Court Nominating Commission pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 78A-7-202 Presenter: Mayor Mike Caldwell 2. Request to approve a resolution of the Weber Area Council of Governments pledging its support for a Youth Receiving/Treatment Center which can consolidate juvenile services from six separate locations into one main location, providing for treatment, education, training as well as detention services Presenter: Commissioner Matthew Bell H.
