- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by Electronic Device. The meeting will be conducted as follows: 7:00 p.m. REGULAR SESSION ? City Council Chambers 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of September 24, 2014. 5. Public Forum 6. Review Items 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING ? Request by Jeff Southwick for approval of a zone change for Utah County parcel 30-059-0063 located at approximately 150 West 800 South. The property is currently zoned R-1-9, Residential and it is proposed that the zoning designation be changed to the R-1-75, Residential Zone. 6.2 PUBLIC HEARING ? Request by Jeff Southwick for approval for use of the RMO-2, Residential Multi-Family Overlay Zone to construct five (5) four-plex structures (total of 20 units) on Utah County parcel 30-059-0063 located at approximately 150 West 800 South. 7. Commission and Staff Reports 8. Adjournment
