Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on FSP 14-031, a request by Tom O?Toole, on behalf of Bruce Pitt, for a minor subdivision plat for the property located off 4300 North, approximately 525 feet west of 900 West (TIN: 16-012-0062). The property lies in the A-5 (Agricultural) Zone. SCHEDULED ITEMS: 2. Discussion and Possible Action on SP 14-032, a request by Pat McReaken, on behalf of Allan Millet for Site Plan approval of Professional Botanicals, a 6,828 SF light industrial/ warehouse and office building and associated site improvements located at 2715 N.
