Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 23rd day of September 2014. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome – Commissioner Gibson B. Pledge of Allegiance – Dave Wilson C. Thought of the Day – Commissioner Zogmaister D. Presentation of the Interim Financial Report as of June 30, 2014. Presenter: Scott Parke E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $564,427.14. 2. Request for approval to ratify warrants #313353-313560 in the amount of $2,058,569.61 dated September 16, 2014. 3. Request for approval of warrants #313561 -313721 in the amount of $346,581.05. 4. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held September 9, 2014. 5. Request for approval of new business licenses. 6. Request for approval of a new beer license. 7. Request from the Weber County Information Technology Director for approval to surplus computer equipment. 8. Request from the Weber Morgan Health Department for approval to surplus three vehicles. 9. Request from the Operations Department for approval to surplus Parcel #13-128-0021. 10. Request from the Operations Department for approval of a Real Estate Disposition on Parcel #13- 128-0021. 11. Contract Amendment #1 on Storm Water Master Plan, Contract #C2013-218, to add additional area to be studied and analyzed. F. Action Items 1. Request for approval to ratify a contract by and between Weber County and BLX Group LLC for Arbitrage Rebate Compliance Services. Presenter: Scott Parke 2. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Buck Consultants for an Actuarial Study on the counties Other Post Employment Benefits. Presenter: Scott Parke 3. Request for approval of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between Weber County and Ogden City Animal Services for animal licensing services. Presenter: Chad Ferrin 4. Request for consideration and/or action on a request for final approval of Phase 1 of The Ridge Townhomes at Wolf Creek PRUD, 8 units, a condominium project at approximately 3400 North Moose Hollow Drive including a financial guarantee for subdivision improvements in the amount of $591,204.01.
