PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH September 23, 2014 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, September 23, 2014, commencing at 5:00 P.M. The agenda consists of the following: Business: 5:00 P.M. 1. Closed Meeting ? strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. . 5:15 P.M. 2. Work Session: Discussion on General Plan process, requests, and 4300 North Ranches General Plan Amendment. (Presenter: Jody Burnett) Pledge of Allegiance: Scott Boehme Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Scott Boehme Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council for items not on the agenda (public) Consent Items: ? September 9, 2014 ? Consideration and possible approval of final acceptance of Alder Creek, Phase 1 subdivision. Business: 6:10 P.M. 3. Discussion, and Possible Action on a request by William Sneddon for a General Plan Amendment request for 4300 North Ranches, of approximately 169 acres encompassing an area from 4300 North and a mile north, from 1100 West (alignment) a quarter of mile east and also a quarter of a mile west (TINs: 16-012-000, -002, -0073, and -0074. The amendment consists of the inclusion of a Master Planned Community land use classification in the City?s General Plan and for this area to be amended from the Mountain Residential land use classification to Master Planned Community land use classification.
