- BEAR RIVER ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS GOVERNING BOARD MEETING Tuesday, September 23, 2014, - 10:30 a.m. Rich County Courthouse in Randolph, Utah Tour of Deseret Land and Livestock Ranch in Woodruff, Utah A G E N D A 10:30 Meet at Rich County Courthouse in Randolph 10:35 Carpool to Deseret Land and Livestock - Home Ranch 11:00 Presentation and Tour Mike Meek, General Manager of Western Region Ranches 12:35 Lunch at Home Ranch 12:40 Job Creation Efforts in Rich County 1:15 Return to Courthouse in Randolph Note: Please RSVP for lunch and tour count.
