MEETING NOTICE OF THE PLEASANT VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at the Pleasant View City Offices, 520 West Elberta Drive, on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 6:00 PM. AGENDA 6:00 PM Call to Order A. Opening Prayer, Reading, or Expression of Thought B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Approval of the Agenda D. Approval of Minutes: July 10, 2014 August 7, 2014 PUBLIC HEARING: 1. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a CUP 14-029, a request by Cari Etherington for a Conditional Use Permit for an expansion of approximately 3,900 square feet of self-storage for an additional 29 units located at approximately 945 W 2700 North (TINs: 17-066-0086 and -0087) which property lies in the C-2 (Commercial) zoning district. SCHEDULED ITEMS: 2. Presentation on Tax Incremental Financing tools and provisions established in Utah State Code. 3. Discussion on the 2014 Pleasant View City General Plan Update. OTHER BUSINESS: 4.
