PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH August 26, 2014 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, August 26, 2014, commencing at 5:00 P.M. The agenda consists of the following: 5:00 P.M. 1. Closed Meeting Pledge of Allegiance: Steve Gibson Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Steve Gibson Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council for items not on the agenda (public) Business: 6:10 P.M. 2. Discussion and approval of an Agreement for Issuance of a Business License for Milestone Counseling Services, LLC, by Brian K. Campbell, a Utah limited liability company and Lighthouse Home. (Presenter: Jody Burnett) 7:00 P.M. 3. Update on annual Sewer Maintenance Cleaning based on a 3-year bid award. (Presenter: Fred Hellstrom) 7:10 P.M. 4. Discussion, and Possible Action on a request by William Sneddon for a General Plan Amendment request for 4300 North Ranches, of approximately 169 acres encompassing an area from 4300 North and a mile north, from 1100 West (alignment) a quarter of mile east and also a quarter of a mile west (TINs: 16-012-000, -002, -0073, and -0074. The amendment consists of the inclusion of a Master Planned Community land use classification in the City?s General Plan and for this area to be amended from the Mountain Residential land use classification to Master Planned Community land use classification. Amend the Consolidated Fee Schedule to include fees relating to the Adequate Public Facility Ordinance and updating publication fees for applications that require public hearing notifications. Approval of a Resolution enacting the Emergency Procurement Provisions of Utah State Statute Title 63G Chapter 6a Section 803 and City Ordinance 2.33.100.C Competitive Bidding Requirements Exemptions.
