On July 22, 2014, the City Council of American Fork, Utah, adopted Resolution No. 2014-07-29R, indicating its intent to annex the following described real property:

Description:
Beginning at a point which is N 89o39?33? W 45.542 feet and south 60.84 feet from the East ¼ corner of Section 26, Township 5 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, said point of beginning also being along the annexation boundary of the Dan Frandsen Annexation Plat on file with the Utah County Recorder?s Office;
Running Thence South 467.43 feet; Thence East 153.34 feet to a point along the annexation boundary of the Beehive Mills Annexation Plat on file with the Utah county Recorder?s office; Thence along said Beehive Mills Annexation S 00o05?46? E 870.80 feet; Thence N 89o52?38? W 536.37 feet to a point along a non-tangent curve; Thence along the arc of a 5940.00 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 452.09 feet (having a central angle of 04o21?39? and a long chord bearing N74o43?36?W 451.98 feet); thence N 42o56?40? W 26.94 feet; thence N 65o04?22? W 8.25 feet; thence S 89o36?59? W 33.20 feet; thence N 00o23?01? W 297.12 feet to a point along the Dan Frandsen Annexation Plat; thence along said Dan Frandsen Annexation Plat the following five (5) courses: (1) N 89o46?00? E 38.49 feet, (2) North 430.35 feet, (3) East 2.57 feet, (4) North 475.73 feet, and (5) S 89o25?56? E 837.58 feet to the point of beginning.

Basis of Bearing: Utah State Plan Coordinate System, Central Zone.
Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing on August 26, 2014, at 7:10 p.m. in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the proposed annexation.
The City Council will act to annex the above described real property unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the annexation are filed by the owners of real property in accordance with applicable provisions of UCA 10-2-418.
Copies of a map showing the location of the annexation area are available for review by the public at the City Recorder?s Office, 51 East Main Street, during normal business hours.
