Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold two Public Hearings on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at the City Hall. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the first public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider a the request of a re-zone of the Farr West City property located at approximately 3800 North Hwy 126 from the M-1 Zone to the A-1 Zone The purpose of the second public hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Farr West City for the future north park located at approximately 3800 North Hwy 126
