Description/Agenda
The Kearns Improvement District intends to hire a consultant, or consultants, to prepare an updated Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fees Analysis for culinary water and sanitary sewer. The Plan and Analysis will satisfy all of the applicable requirements of Title 11, Chapter 36 of the Utah Code ?Impact Fees Act? as well as other applicable federal and state laws.
The request for proposals (RFP) will be available for pick-up at the Kearns Improvement District Offices located at 5350 West 5400 South, Kearns, Utah during normal business hours on July 21, 2014, and will be available until 11:00 a.m. on July 29, 2014.
