- Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 15th day of July 2014. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome – Commissioner Gibson B. Pledge of Allegiance – Charlie Ewert C. Thought of the Day – Commissioner Bell D. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders. 2. Request for approval of warrants. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on July 8, 2014. E. Action Items 1. Request for approval of the final reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending fees relating to the Solid Waste Division of the Weber County Operations Department. Presenter: Dave Wilson 2. Request for approval of Interlocal Agreements by and between Weber County and the following entities for recycling incentives: Washington Terrace City Plain City Presenter: Gary Laird 3. Request for approval of a Lease Agreement by and between Weber County and CLAS Ropes for lease of the Weber County Challenge Course located at North Fork Park. Presenter: Chris Ward 4. Discussion and/or action on a request to amend the 2002 Zoning Development Agreement for Wolf Creek Resort. Presenter: Jim Gentry 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and the State of Utah-Attorney General’s Office for services as appropriated by the Utah State Legislature and administered by the Utah General’s Office- Children’s Justice Division. Presenter: Rod Layton F. Public Hearing 1. Request for a motion to adjourn public meeting and convene public hearing. 2. Public hearing to consider and take action on a request to amend the Weber County Land Use Code, Title 108 (Standards), Chapter 5 (Planned Unit Residential Development), Chapter 7 (Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations) and Chapter 8 (Parking and Loading Space, Vehicle Traffic and Access Regulations to provide ordinance clarifications regarding nightly rental requirements, generally. Presenter: Charlie Ewert 3. Public Comments 4. Request for a motion to adjourn public hearing and reconvene public meeting. 5. Action on public hearing. G. Assign Pledge of Allegiance and Thought of the Day for Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. H. Public Comments (please limit comments to 3 minutes) I.
