NOTICE OF A REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 8th day of July 2014. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Pledge of Allegiance –Scott Parke C. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Zogmaister D. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $249,373.92. 2. Request for approval of warrants #311100-#311270 in the amount of $925,476.11. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on July 1, 2014. 4. Request for approval of a new business license. 5. Request for approval of ACH payment to US Bank in the amount of $86,094.41 for purchasing card transactions made through the billing cycle ending June 16, 2014. 6. Request for approval to set the date of August 12, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. for a public hearing regarding the vacation of a portion of an 1885 County Road associated with the proposed Best Subdivision at 1051 North 5900 East E. Action 1. Request for approval of the Weber County Board of Canvass for the 2014 Primary Election. Presenter: Jennifer Morrell 2. Request for approval of the 2014 Tax Rates. Presenter: Ricky Hatch 3. Request for approval of the first reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending fees relating to the solid waste division of the Weber County Operations Department. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing members to the Ogden Valley Planning Commission and the Western Weber Planning Commission.
