PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH July 8, 2014 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, commencing at 6:00 P.M. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Scott Boehme Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Scott Boehme Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council for items not on the agenda (public) Consent Items: ? June 10, 2014 (open and closed) and June 19, 2014 ? Bills of Pleasant View City ? Consideration and possible approval of FSP 14-017, a request by Roger Jensen for final plat approval of Jensen Estates, an 18-lot single-family residential subdivision consisting of 11.13 acres, located south of 3200 North road alignment and east of 1000 West (TINs: 17-062-0003, 17-062-0004, and 17-062-0005). The property lies in the RE- 15 Zone. ? Business: 6:15 P.M. 1. Public hearing and possible action on the adoption of a Resolution for the conveyance of a significant parcel as defined in Chapter 2.32.080 of the City Code, of approximately 0.92 acres located in the vicinity of 350 W and 4300 North (TIN: 16-009-0019) to the North View Fire District.
