Description/Agenda: PLEASANT VIEW CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing has been scheduled to be heard by the Pleasant View City Council at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive, Pleasant View, Utah 84414: RZN 14-022: A request by Brian Campbell for a rezoning of approximately 1.86 acres located at 3149 N Highway 89 (TIN:19-016-0006) from the MP-1 (Manufacturing) zoning district to C-2 (Commercial) zoning district for the purposes of professional office space and residential treatment center?community based. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted to City Offices and considered if received prior to the meetings.
