NOTICE AND AGENDA FRUIT HEIGHTS CITY COUNCIL MEETING THURSDAY, June 19, 2014 6:00 p.m. Budget Work Meeting 7:00 p.m. City Council Meeting www.fruitheightscity.com NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights City Council will hold a Budget Work Meeting on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. to review the City?s FY 2014-2015 Budget. The regular City Council Meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at City Hall, located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights City. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 7:00 P.M. REGULAR MEETING 1. WELCOME: MAYOR DON CARROLL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: - June 3, 2014 3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS: Items from the Public ? The public may address the Mayor regarding issues that are not on the agenda. We ask that you please limit your comments to 3 minutes. No action may be taken on any item not on the agenda 4. PUBLIC HEARING: FY 2014-2015 City Budget/Adopt Final Budget 4.1. ELECTRONIC MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff can participate in regularly schedule meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor. 10. CLOSED MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter. 11.
