The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on June 12, 2014, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. Consideration of Resolution 2014-13 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO PROCEED WITH THE REQUEST FOR REZONE FROM BOX ELDER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF PARCEL #02-006-0020 THE ACREAGE IS 170.85 AND THE APPROX. ADDRESS IS 750 NORTH 600 EAST. THE REQUEST IS TO CHANGE ZONING FROM MU160 TO MGEX. b. Consideration of Resolution 2014-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE WILLARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 28,2008, AMENDING THE PERCENTAGE OF THE JOINT OWNERSHIP, CONSTRUCTION, USE, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY FROM WILLARD 34% AND PERRY 66% TO WILLARD 39% AND PERRY 61%. c. Consideration of Resolution 2014-14 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAM ARNELL WELLS ALLOWING IRRIGATION EQUIPMENT TO CROSS THE 200 WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY. d. Consideration of Resolution 2014-16 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A BOX ELDER COUNTY OFFICER-INVOLVED CRITICAL INCIDENT INVESTIGATION INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT. e. Financial - 1) Warrants 2) Vouchers 3) Reports Public Hearing: To hear public comment on the proposed 2014-15 Fiscal Year budget 4) Consideration of Resolution 2014-15 ADOPTING THE 2014-15 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET f.
