Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH, FOR TUESDAY, June 10,2014 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will hold their regularly scheduled meeting in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10,2014. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:15 p.m. for review of agenda items. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: May 27,2014 PUBLIC HEARING: 1. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - TITLE 19, ZONING, CHAPTER 19.21, TEMPORARY AND SEASONAL USES - Amending regulations for the size of temporary use businesses - Ordinance 14-15. PUBLIC REVIEW: 2. TERRAFORM COMPANIES - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST FOR A FAST FOOD EATING ESTABLISHMENT AND LANDSCAPE BUFFER MODIFICATION. This property is located at 930 West Antelope Drive in a CP-2 (Planned Community Commercial) zoning district. The applicant, Terraform Companies, is represented by Elliott Smith.
