NOTICE OF A REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 3rd day of June 2014. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Pledge of Allegiance –Ben Hatfield C. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Bell D. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of Purchase Orders in the amount of $351,184.43. 2. Request for approval of warrants #309787-#310040 in the amount of $1,868,027.62. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meetings held on May 13 and 20, 2014. 4. Request from the Weber-Morgan Health Department for approval to surplus computer monitors and printers. 5. Request for approval of ACH payment to US Bank in the amount of $102,184.91 for purchasing card transactions made through the billing cycle ending May 15, 2014. E. Action 1. Discussion and/or action on RAMP Works for You -Renew RAMP November 4. Presenter: Reed Richards 2. Request to approve poll workers for the 2014 Primary Election. Presenter: Jennifer Morrell 3. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County authorizing certain elected officials and department heads to act as authorized representatives of the Board of County Commissioners in approving volunteers. Presenter: Chris Allred 4. Request for approval to ratify a contract by and between Weber County and Ogden Friends of Acoustic Music to hold a music festival at Fort Buenaventura on May 30-June 1, 2014. Presenter: Jim Carter 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Grand Events Utah for a VIP Family Extravaganza to be held at the Golden Spike Event Center on July 3-14, 2014. Presenter: Jim Harvey F. Public Hearing 1. Request for a motion to adjourn public meeting and convene public hearing. 2. Public hearing to allow citizens to provide input concerning the projects that were awarded under the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program. Presenter: Andi Watkins 3. Public Comments. 4. Request for a motion to adjourn public hearing and reconvene public meeting. 5. Action on Public hearing. G.
