State Records Committee Public Notice of Meeting The State Records Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, June 12, 2014. The meeting will be held in the Courtyard Meeting Room, State Archives Building, 346 South Rio Grande Street (450 West), Salt Lake City, Utah, beginning at 9:00 a.m. This is a public meeting, and anyone can attend. Committee business and one hearings are scheduled. AGENDA Hearing: Corey Vonberg vs. Iron County. Mr. Vonberg is appealing the denial of a destruction log that indicates when a case file was destroyed. THIS HEARING CONTINUED TO JULY: Rand Henderson vs. Weber State University. Mr. Rand is appealing the denial of records that include final decisions about tenure, a list of faculty members denied tenure, and any grievance of a tenure denial. THIS HEARING CONTINUED TO JULY: Rand Henderson vs. University of Utah. Mr. Rand is appealing the denial of records that include final decisions about tenure, a list of faculty members denied tenure, and any grievance of a tenure denial.
