NOTICE OF A REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 27th day of May 2014. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Pledge of Allegiance –Dave Wilson C. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Zogmaister D. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of Purchase Orders in the amount of $162,175.85. 2. Request for approval to ratify Purchase Orders in the amount of $392,717.48 dated May 13, 2014. 3. Request for approval of warrants #309525 - #309786 in the amount of $3,055,105.10. 4. Request for approval of business licenses. 5. Request for approval of a new beer license. 6. Request to set the date of June 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. for a public hearing to consider and take action on a request to amend the Weber County Land Use Code, Title 108 (Standards), Chapter 5 (Planned Unit Residential Development), 7 (Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations), and 8 (Parking and Loading Space, Vehicle Traffic and Access Regulations) to provide ordinance clarifications regarding nightly rental requirements, generally.
