- CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 24, 2014. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. FSP 1405-0003: A request by Michael Christensen, on behalf of Thackeray Company?s, for a Final Subdivision Plat review for Phase 1 within an approved Mixed-Use Development on approximately 70 acres located approximately 1250 S. State Street (TIN: 12-066-0071, 12-067-0139). A copy of the application is available for review in the Community Development Department on the 2nd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
