- An introduction will be given for Noel Taxin, the new Bureau Director for Gina Money Children with Special Health Care Needs. The Utah Brain Injury Council will present its master plan document Jenny Johnson and provide a progress update to the Council. Donna Russell and Robert Snarr will discuss difficult to place cases Donna Russell due to traumatic brain injury, mental illness, medical problems, and & other complications. Robert Snarr Carol Ruddell of the ASPIRE/Promise Grant will open a discussion on Carol Ruddell the future of Work Ability Utah. Rolf Halbfell will present information gathered from an international brain Rolf Halbfell injury conference he attended in San Francisco, California. The Council will review the progress and information populated in its Council Strategic coordination matrix. The Council will continue discussion on the purpose of the Council and Council review revisions to statute.
