PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH May 13, 2014 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, commencing at 6:00 P.M. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Toby Mileski Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Toby Mileski Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council for items not on the agenda (public) Consent Items: ? Bills of Pleasant View City ? Consideration and possible approval of FSP 14-015 for the final plats of Parkland Commercial Subdivision Phase 1 and Phase 2 Amended, for the purpose of adjusting property lines for Lot 1 in Phase 1 and Lot 6 in Phase 2, for property located in the vicinity of Parkland Boulevard and 2740 North (TINs:19-287-0001 and 19-298-0005). ? Business: 6:15 P.M. 1. Approve an agreement with Jim Blanchard for monitoring his well. (Presenter: Melinda Greenwood) 6:30 P.M. 2. Award sewer maintenance bids. (Presenter: Fred Hellstrom) 6:45 P.M. 3. Approval of the Pickle Ball site selection. (Presenter: Valerie Claussen) 7:15 P.M. 4. Budget workshop 8:20 P.M. 5. Adopt the tentative budget for the fiscal year 2014-2015. 8:30 P.M. 6. Set a public hearing to adopt the budget for the fiscal year 2014-2015. 8:35 P.M. 7. Set a public hearing to amending the budget for the fiscal year 2013-2014. 8:40 P.M. 8. Approve Delta Dental and PEHP renewals. 8:45 P.M. 9. Closed Meeting. 10. Action from Closed Meeting. Other Business Adjournment The City Council at their discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
