Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED RATE STRUCTURE AND RATE INCREASE Notice is hereby given that Heber Light & Power will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 6:00 pm, in the Heber City Council Chambers, 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah to take public comment on a proposed modification of its rate structure and a rate increase. If adopted, the average residential customer would see an increase of $3.05 on their monthly power bill. All interested persons are encouraged to attend. A copy of the proposed modifications and an analysis of the rate structure and rate increase are available on the Company?s website www.heberpower.com, the state?s public notice website, and at the Company?s main office, 31 South 100 West, Heber City, Utah.
