NOTICE THAT THE CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE IS ACCEPTING COMPETITIVE BIDS FOR THE SALE OF A PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the City of Taylorsville (?City?) has declared a parcel of real property (?Property?) located at or near 1731 Bowling Avenue, Taylorsville Utah as surplus and directed that the Property be sold to the highest bidder pursuant to competitive bid. Pursuant thereto the City will accept competitive bids for the sale of the Property. Information regarding the Property can be obtained from Wayne Harper at Taylorsville City. Except for responses provided by Mr. Harper, the City has not authorized anyone to make any representations regarding Property. Competitive bids must be in writing and be submitted to Pat Kimbrough at 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd. Taylorsville, UT 84129 prior to May 7, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. MDT. The Property will be conveyed by deed and bidder will be responsible for any and all costs, expenses, and fees including but not limited to, demolition cost and cost relating to the sale and/or conveyance of the Property. No late bids or electronic bids (facsimile, email, or otherwise) will be accepted. All bids are submitted at bidder sole risk and expense. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bids will be placed in the public domain and become public records subject to examination and review by any interested parties in accordance with the Government Record Access Management Act (Utah Code Ann. § 63G-2-101, et seq.).
